Poem: Brood

Quas Photography

Queen of the Timberland

Hiding knowing glances
Set stone in my eyes.
My body broods
It broods for you

Escape from broken circles.
Mistaken twist of fate
My hands are tied
On arms that fly

To bold to be discrete.
Throwing roses at your feet.
Though  I must wait
I’ll wait for you.
